I worked with staff from the ERA Coalition to develop a paid and organic media campaign designed to grow their email audience by 275% — from just under 27,000 subscribers to an engaged audience of 100,000.

Throughout this process, I created the campaign strategy, wrote copy for advertising, drafted petitions for opt-in signatures, and analyzed results.

Ultimately, this campaign utilized paid social advertising, display ads, opt-in petitions, and a series of organic growth tactics. My strategy helped the ERA Coalition's email program grow by 238%, just shy of our stretch goal.

Because of the methods I used, the new subscribers were highly engaged. Over the course of the welcome series I drafted, subscribers' first-time donations increased immediately. With their new, highly engaged email audience, ERA Coalition could take the next step in their strategic plan to move the Equal Rights Amendment forward.
